Stepping into therapy can feel daunting, especially when you’re unsure if it’s the right fit. My priority is creating a safe, warm, and supportive space from the moment you arrive.
I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar working with adolescents (12+) and adults. I have experience across private practice, public health, and the mining industry in a fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) role.
I am neuro-affirming and have a strong interest in supporting people with anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, and the emotional impact of a cancer diagnosis.
My approach is collaborative, flexible, and client-centred and I focus on meaningful and achievable goals. I’ll always considering the broader context of your life and I draw from evidence-based therapies including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
Schema Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me outdoors either hiking or running, spending time at the beach, baking, or enjoying time with loved ones. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you.
