Referrals
Information for Referrers
We warmly welcome referrals from General Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Paediatricians, Allied Health Professionals, and NDIS Support Coordinators.
Referral Pathways Accepted:
Medicare (Mental Health Care Plans): We accept referrals under the Better Access initiative. Please ensure the referral letter explicitly states the number of sessions requested and includes a copy of the patient's MHCP.
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme): We proudly support Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants. (Please note: We are not a registered NDIS provider and cannot accept NDIA-managed/Agency-managed funding).
Private Practice / Self-Funded: Patients are also welcome to self-refer and pay privately, with many eligible to claim through their Private Health Insurance.

Once a referral is received, our clinic will contact the patient directly to arrange their complimentary 15-minute initial consultation and secure their first appointment. We will keep you updated on their engagement with a formal initial letter after their first appointment.
